TO THE IRISH MONUMENT OF LIGHT

-photo-poetic phrase

We went from an edge
of the European Union, Romania,
to another edge, Ireland,
which is astronomically-geographically
the first island
entirely placed in the Western Hemisphere,
and politically
an entity separated into
a northern area
with the Capital in Belfast…

… and a much larger area
with the Capital in Dublin…

… but inhabited by a unique human spirit,
open to luminous deeds,
and hosting the monumental conception
that the light can be palpated.
