The Laws of Astropoetry

Law 1:
Usually the end begins
with a fatal remark:
the starry laws written in souls
try our destinies.

Law 2:
Do not trust him,
do not listen to him,
he who measures distances.
Each formula eclipses hearts,
and the trip-hopes
snow upon galaxies,
snow upon eternities.

Law 3:
The first step - the pulsar eye.
The second step - the burning letter.
My orbit, summarily calculated,
is an astral hexameter.
On Hermes' Lyre,
the eclipse is a ballad in the mirror!

Law 4:
"Who are you?"
"Me!"- my line answers.
"I was alive
before you to crucify
my magnitude.
Just listen to me!"

Law 5:
Stars came down
to gardens, eaves, fences...
It was cold,
perfume of March
and people sleeping.
Sometimes a sleepwalker wrote
what he saw
by a bell language.
Dawn danger.

Breathing

horse stud of the clouds
stirring
smoke of light

Beyond the Laws of Astropoetry

stars are sleeping
in the pond water

autumn in the universe
ship of leaves
discovering
another North America Nebula.

Law 6 or Eliminating the Laws of Astropoetry

Stars lighten above us
by the spun thread of destiny.

The music of the spheres
is the elliptic rhythm
of the polar constellations
upon the white retina
of the zodiacal light.

There are not laws to fill
the unspoken stories of the Pole.

So I break these six law-gates,
these fugitive notices,
at the Universe's foot.

Epilogue

I abandoned love,
but never the zenith.
I abandoned fireballs,
but never their light.

Who will understand?
Some day, bathed
by a blossom cherry tree,
people will follow excited
the Lyrid meteor storm.

In the Heavenly Temple

Universe-
like a caress of never-ending waters.
Sometimes, its echo is a rainbow.
All rises and sets,
excepting the Word...
and love for stars.

The Law of the Laws of Astropoetry

The day is a sweet twilight
for the stars,
a time for the dreams
from beyond the sphinx sailing boats
of the clouds.
