Astro-Tipuritura, 2000

In 2000, Gerald England and New Hope International published an international anthology of essays entitled The Art of Haiku 2000. One of the titles inside was Tipuritura - a Kind of Romanian Haiku, in which Andrei Dorian Gheorghe told about the shortest Romanian poetic form. The last part of this small essay includes the following mini-anthology of astronomical tipuritura composed by 4 SARM members.

Hidden on an asteroid
I thought: "The Sun is too timid."

Comet with a tender face,
Don't kiss the planets through space!

Andrei Dorian Gheorghe

Oh, I would climb up to the sky
For the Pleiades' sons that fly.

Cassiopeia, shut-up you,
And give me your "double u."

Dan Mitrut

Who are you, great Galaxy?
Only God could know and see...

This is the best world, but bad
When meteors scalp your head.

Arrest that falling star, that light,
Not to burn the Earth on its flight.

Starry dust, cobweb, night rider,
I don't see your cosmic spider.
