GEOMETRICAL CONJUNCTION

THE LINE

One night I caught over the Ialomita River
the alignment of four heavenly bodies
(Saturn, Mars, Regulus and the Moon)
as an invitation to climb this heavenly scale,
liberated from the dust of our aspirations
sometimes too earthly.

THE TRIANGLE

One night after,
the Moon changed the configuration,
inviting the three heavenly fellows
to accept her in the peak of the triangle.
I was a witness.

THE QUADRILATERAL

A line (Saturn, Mars, Regulus),
a variable point (the Moon)…
If your soul flies anywhere
connected to this conjunction,
you can create your own quadrilateral.

GEOMETRICAL VERDICTS

“Your heavenly axioms are stupid.”
Euclid says to me.

“Your heavenly thoughts are inferior numbers.”
Pythagoras says to me.

“The coordinates of your feelings are extremely chaotic.”
Descartes says to me.

“Your heavenly mind is not differential enough.”
Euler and Gauss say in chorus to me.

So I am sentenced
to remain just a modest amateur
in heavenly geometry.
